Confirmation of your reservation will come by reply email. Reservations are held with a 20% deposit on Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due 60 days prior to check and can be paid by check, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policies will vary from owner to owner - please check with the owner.
The suggested cancellation policy is:

Cancellation from 45 to 60 days prior to check in will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellation from 31 to 44 days prior to check in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation within 30 days of check in will not receive a refund.

No refund is available within 30 days of check in.
No refund is available for Last Minute units.
